Ideal Leader

An ideal leader should have at least three characteristics in leading an organization. First of all, he should be educated well. It doesn't mean that somebody has to graduate from a high education institution, but he knows how to organize a group work well. It is better if he has some experiences in being a chairman. Second, he should be responsible with the things he deals with. That is once he makes a decision, he has to be responsible with what would happen in the future to his organization. Third, he is willing to make his group organized well. Someone should have a good determination to be an ideal leader. No matter what the organization would face, he takes the risks and handles them in the right way. In short, to be an eligible leader, somebody should be educated well in organization, responsible, and willing to do his duty in the proper ways.
